All of our 25 bedrooms are individually decorated and furnished to provide everything you would expect from a country inn of this quality.
Friends of the Ingilbys invited to stay at the Castle have been known to book themselves in at the Boar's Head rather than spend the night at Castle : the Inn is much more comfortable!
Toy boats have been provided in each bathroom so all guests are able to push the boat out during their stay.

Entrance to Ripley Castle and Gardens:
All guests when staying at The Boar's Head are able to visit award winning Ripley Castle and Gardens free of charge during their stay. Please check Castle opening times - click on Ripley Castle and Gardens icon above.
Dogs:
Dogs are welcome at the Boars Head providing they bring with them well trained owners!
A turndown Bonio is placed in their basket, and water bowls are provided. Dogs are charged at £10.00 per day. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the Brasserie or Bar.
Children:
Well behaved children accompanied by their parents are welcome at The Boar's Head. We offer a special menu and we have plenty of games and videos. Children up to the age of 15, sharing parents room are charged at £20.00 each day to include breakfast.

As dining at The Boar's Head is so popular, we suggest you pre-book your table prior to arrival. Meals are served at the following times:
Monday - Thursday 12.00noon -2.00pm and 7.00pm - 9.00pm.
Friday - Saturday 12.00noon - 2.00pm and 7.00pm-9.30pm. Sundays 12noon - 9.00pm
